This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, a fitness center, and a nice bar. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local food delivery number, which I still remember. I'm coming back for Xmas!

We had a fantastic stay with a lovely spacious room and a shower to die for! The spa facilities were a highlight, especially the steam room and sauna for total relaxation. The only downside was a minor hiccup with the breakfast options not being as extensive as I hoped, but it didn’t ruin our time. 😄

Loved staying here for a night! The location was super convenient for heading to the O2 Arena. The staff was really friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was comfy and spacious, and the breakfast was top-notch. Only downside was the noise from the street, but overall, it was a solid stay.

The location of the Radisson Blu in Canary Wharf is great for accessing the O2, but reaching it via the DLR involved a lot of steps and was quite dimly lit, making me feel uneasy. Upon arrival, the hotel looked modern and was well-maintained overall. The room was spacious, comfortable, and came with cool amenities like air conditioning and a large bed. I enjoyed the impressive views of the Thames from the restaurant and the breakfast service had great potential. However, the breakfast was frustrating. Food options were limited, and there were long waits for refills. On one morning, I had to request basic items like cups and cutlery multiple times. The atmosphere felt chaotic, and some guests left due to poor service. It was disappointing considering how nice the room and other areas of the hotel were. Also, during checkout, the staff lacked warmth and interest. A little more attention to detail in dining and customer service could significantly improve the experience at this hotel.

i had the best stay at radisson blu, the staff were super friendly & helped us a lot, the drinks were amazin & the room was so clean & tidy, loved the location by the thames, it was so peaceful. also, the bed was really comfy!

one issue was not havin gluten free options for room service & it was a bit difficult to order food since we weren't sure of the address.
