The room was functional and modern, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and refrigerators. the riverside location was not too far from Alunatime. - A shopping mall and convenience stores were conveniently located nearby.

This hotel met expectation! The room was airy and cheap and had an in-room safe, air conditioning and a mini-bar. Got amazing views. The breakfast was plentiful and the parking was on-site. Efficient check-in was a bonus. Affable staff on shift, and the location was marvellous.

Staff in reception is helpful. Breakfast was good.

Bar opening hours would be longer

The hotel has exceptional customer-facing staff and superb sea views. The rooms are nice, cosy, and high-class, with amenities like a coffeemaker, a hairdryer, and a kettle. The bed is very big. The location is beautiful and incredible, situated in a very peaceful area.

The room was spotless, had comfy and included coffee & tea making facilities and a refrigerator. The location was brilliant, just 5 minutes walk from Robin Hood Gardens.

This recently opened hotel is beautifully decorated and features incredibly helpful staff members.

Generally very nice facility. Better very comfortable. Very good accesses.

Sauna rules were not followed by the people. Guests in boxer shorts and without towel.

The hotel boasts an unbeatable location near the East River Spa. Located in a comfortable area with a good view of the O2. Easy access to Canada Square, underground malls, and the center of London via DLR, tube, or clipper.

Room wasn't ready at arrival (18.30!) due to Maintainance Issues. Staff friendly at best, but not really helpful and nice

Very good and rich breakfast buffet. The location close to DLR is perfect and you can get to the "City" very quickly. Beautiful location at the Thames with view to the O2-Arena. Very spacious room and super bathroom. This hotel is highly recommended!

We had absolutely nothing to complain about.

This place has a great location and the staff, especially the receptionists, are efficient and friendly.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, right by the river, in the morning and evening there is a shuttle to the next subway

The young lady at the reception was a little impatient.

The front desk staff are very friendly and polite. We even got a room upgrade. Shuttle to Canary Wharf is great!

Breakfast is good, but for the price I would expect a little more options. There was only one type of cheese, and the selection of bread was also a little meager.
